Our website is a menu and information site. Nothing is sold through this website. Beers and food listed here are served at our bar, subject to availability; listings marked as out of stock may not be available on your visit.

Prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (₫) and are the prices charged at our bar. They are subject to change without notice. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, prices, or other content on the website are error-free.

Delivery

Selected beers can be ordered for delivery through GrabMart. Those orders, including prices, delivery fees, delivery times, payment, cancellations and refunds, are handled through the Grab platform and are subject to Grab's terms. Some beers are bar-exclusive and are not available for delivery.

Age Restrictions

You must be of legal drinking age in Vietnam (18 years or older) to buy alcohol from 3B Saigon. We reserve the right to request identification to verify your age and to refuse service to anyone under the legal drinking age.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3B Saigon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of our products.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms of Service or your use of our website or services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
