LAU SAY VETNAMESE BLOND ALE
Why rush? Lâu Say is Vietnamese for "a long time to get drunk" so embrace the slower side of celebration. Bright citrus, soft tropical fruit and delicate stone fruit lead the way over a light malt body, keeping things crisp, clean and wonderfully refreshing. Low in alcohol but full of character, it's built for long afternoons, longer conversations and one more round.
1689 Craft Lager
Floral hops, lavender on the nose. mouthfeel is smooth, taste of slightly sweet malts and Fullers-esque orange marmalade
Antarik
A Belgian Style Wheat Beer infused with rosemary and brewed with Citra hops.
Bavarian Smoked Beer Rauchbier
A classic Bamberg-style smoked lager, brewed with beechwood-smoked malt for a rich, smoky, gently malty character.
Coast Tribe Coconut and Mango
Feel the breeze on your face and the shore at your feet with this tropical thirst quencher. Mango and coconut combine to create a beer both velvety and light. Get cool and join the gang.
Director's Chocolate
A soft, dark porter base infused with Vietnamese cacao nibs. Dark brown, almost black, in colour. Cocoa powder and dark chocolate on the nose. Flavour of rich, dark chocolate with a touch of tart, deep red berries. Finishes long and smooth with a hint of roast.
Dragon
This session IPA is inspired by Đà Nẵng's fire-breathing Dragon Bridge. It bursts with fragrant hops, offering floral and citrus aromas, balanced by a crisp and refreshing taste with a strong hoppy finish. Its moderate alcohol content makes it suitable for extended enjoyment.
Dream Sensation
Showcasing mosaic hops from the US, this beer is packed with fruity aromas and has a delightfully dense tropical hop flavour. Low in bitterness; it pours a golden colour with a pronounced haze. Aromas of lush mango and stone-fruit on the nose, it finishes with big juicy notes of citrus
East West IPA
A full-bodied IPA loaded with malt, hops, and yeast from all over the world. From aromatic American hops from Yakima to Australian tropical hops, this award-winning beer provides a beautiful inter-pacific aroma that is enjoyable all year round.
East West Pale Ale
A balanced taste with mild honey sweetness, citrus zest, and hints of lightly toasted bread. It has a mild bitterness and a pleasant sweet finish.
Eloquent Phantom
Four hops, three malts, two sugars, two spirits, one spice, one wood. This is a complex beer. Very rich and full-bodied, lifted by the judicious use of American spirits and Madagascan spice. Oak conditioning adds another layer of complexity. A beer to sip and enjoy.
Excited Magpie Dry Irish
Easy drinking and moreish despite the intensity of flavour. Darkest ruby to black in colour. Deep roasty coffee-like aroma dominates with a hint of chocolate in the background. Roast and pleasant bitterness also dominates the flavours.
Full Moon
Dark ale made of 8 spices offering herbal bouquet flavors consistent with aromas and intensely rising through the palate. Warm finish, lingering delicately.
Hanoi Autumn
A Rice Lager style beer, taking local characteristics such as green rice, Tam fragrant rice, and pandan leaves, blending them harmoniously. The highlight is the passionate scent of flowers and grass, a cool, refreshing beer. mildly sour aroma.
Heritage
Heritage Superdry is a celebration of Vietnam’s rice fields, where generations of farmers have cultivated the grain that inspires this iconic lager. In the Name of Science NZH-106 Pale Ale
An experimental offering brewed in partnership with New Zealand Hops. NZH-106 is fresh off the Bract Brewing Programme, and brings with it fruitbowl full of flavours, with guava, grape and gooseberry just a few of the descriptors that spring to mind. Venture deeper and lime zest, resin and even a fine Riesling may be noted.
John Lemon
This hard lemonade delivers a zesty tang of sun-ripened fresh lemons complemented by fizzy bubbles, offering a vibrant and refreshing drinking experience.
Kurtz's Insane
Heart of Darkness's biggest, hoppiest beer. A wonderfully vibrant beer, with grapefruit and piney tones with 7 kinds of hops which deliver a full blown assault on your taste buds. This is a big but beautifully balanced IPA, with a bright and fun bitter flavour - a true hop heads delight

This medium-bodied milk stout offers hints of coffee, chocolate, and whisky, making it enjoyable at any time.
Obsidian Crow West Coast
A West Coast IPA that bridges eras. Columbus hops bring the dank citrus bite purists expect, while lager yeast and a touch of rice keep the body lean and the finish crisp.
Ohm
Combining pure German wheat with fragrant American hops. The beer has a balanced flavor, a rich aftertaste, and a refreshing sensation with every sip.
Pacifik
Pacifik is brewed with a blend of Citra, Cascade, and Columbus hops, which give it its signature fruity and hoppy flavor
Peroni
A crisp, refreshing Italian lager known for its pale golden color, clean taste, and delicate balance of mild bitterness with citrus and spicy notes, made with quality hops, yeast, barley, and proprietary maize.
Saigon Oi

An intensely hoppy yet refreshing Belgian IPA bursting with bright notes of agrum, thanks to the adding of a third hop Citra from Yakima Valley in Washington, USA.
